Ticket Sales - Terms and Conditions

1. This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Nightingale Club Ltd. Full details are available on request.

2. Nightingale Club Ltd sell tickets for club entrance on fixed dates. The entry fee is NOT a payment for the advertised artiste show on that date. When you purchase a dated ticket from this site, you are effectively purchasing admission to the venue on that specific date regardless of the entertainment that is offered or provided on that said date. Headline artistes may be subject to late change, and occasionally artiste appearances are cancelled. Events may be cancelled or postponed by the artiste/ performer or venue for a variety of reasons. Nightingale Club Ltd will always seek to source alternative artistes when such situations arise. We cannot offer ticket refunds as a result of artiste billing changes or artiste cancellations. Tickets are sold subject to the Nightingale Club Ltd's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

3. The management reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue. Security searches are regularly carried out on entry to the venue, and age checks are always carried out if patrons look potentially underage. The Nightingale Club operates a Challenge 21 system where anyone looking under the age of 21 will be asked to prove that they are 18 years of age. Valid identification will be required in such instances, and accepted forms of ID are passports, photo driving licenses and PASS scheme approved photo cards.

4. Admission is open to all pre-paid advance ticket holding patrons until 1 hour before the venue closes. Opening and closing times are displayed on the main venue website at www.nightingaleclub.co.uk

5. Please check your tickets / electronic confirmation e-tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Nightingale Club ltd reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.

6. The purchase of tickets from this site is for personal use only. This means for the use of the ticket purchaser themselves, and tickets purchased by them for friends, family and their accompanying party on the date attended. Any individual or company wishing to act as a secondary ticket agent for the venue must have authorisation to do so from Nightingale Club Ltd. Any person or company found to be buying tickets for resale without authorisation may face legal proceedings, and will not be permitted to use the site in the future. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

7. Tickets are restricted to a maximum number per person. Nightingale Club Ltd reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number. (Refer to Purchase Policy)

8. A ticket cannot be used or given away in any promotions or competitions of any kind, unless written permission is obtained from the Nightingale Club Ltd.

9. Smoking areas are available at the venue on all levels of the Club building. These are open at all times during trading.

10. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Anyone breaching this rule will be evicted from the premises and their ticket will be cancelled without refund or compensation.

11. Patrons are not allowed to bring their own food or drink into the venue. Anyone breaching this rule will be evicted from the premises and their ticket will be cancelled without refund or compensation.

12. The Nightingale Club Ltd accepts no responsibility for any personal property. Items placed in the cloakroom are at owners' risk.

13. The ticket purchaser has a right only to entrance into the venue. As this is a night club venue, seating is limited. All main stage artiste performances are played to a standing audience unless otherwise stated.

14. Pass outs are sometimes available, via the purchase of a wristband. Please enquire at the admissions desk for information.

15. Your purchase of an advanced ticket, and admission to the venue gives your consent to be included in any filming and sound recording as members of the audience. The Nightingale Club Ltd will always put up notices in the venue and at the point of admission when filming is taking place.

16. All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes arising out of any transaction with Nightingale Club Ltd are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

17. The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst in attendance.

18. Unacceptable behaviour, likely to cause damage, nuisance, intimidation or injury shall enable the venue management & security personnel to eject you from the venue. Breach of any of the above conditions may also lead to eviction from the premises without refund or compensation.

19. The Nightingale Club is marketed and operated as an adult gay venue. All patrons must respect the freedoms of the other individuals attending the venue, and its members of staff. Any intimidating or threatening behaviour, acts of aggression or homophobic abuse will result in the perpetrator being ejected from the venue without refund or compensation.

20. The venue dress code allows for casual wear, jeans, t-shirts and general informal attire. The venue does NOT allow baseball caps, and it is not permitted for hoods to be worn over the head whilst on the premises for security reasons.
